To be eligible to receive a share in the funds raised for Can't Cancel Pride 2024, members must:

Submit this registration/application by Wednesday, October 8, 2025 11:45 PM, Eastern
Agree to all social media deliverables
Submit your W-9 form (online or via email) by Wednesday, October 8, 2025 11:45 PM, Eastern
Remain/be an active member as of May 31, 2024, 11:59 PM Eastern.
Be legally eligible to receive monies raised from an event.
Receive a notification that your application and W9 has been received.
Submit Payment Invoice by Friday, July 14, 2024, 11:59pm ET. Details to Follow.
Submit Post-Event Survey

DISBURSEMENT: The total amount raised from this event, minus costs and admin fees, will be divided by the number of eligible centers participating. Funds are expected to be disbursed in late July.

Center Deliverables and Eligibility

To be eligible, the following deliverables from participating Centers are required. Please confirm that you can fulfill the deliverables below.

Important: Stories (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) do not count toward these requirements. Only stand-alone posts (feed posts, tweets, LinkedIn updates, etc.) are eligible.

Pre-Event: May 17^th – June 13^rd

Minimum three (3) social posts promoting program/tune-in/fundraiser (May-June)

Minimum one (1) email outreach to your database to promote the program and drive tune-in (optional)

During Event: June 15th @ 8PM EST

Re-share event stream on social channels

Host a watch party (optional)

Minimum two (2) social posts

Post-Event: June 16th - June 30th

Submit Summary of Event and Metrics (Social Media Posts, Photos, etc.)
